My Ironman langkawi best result was 13 hours ........Swim 1h 28min , Bike 6h 11min and last event Run 5h 21min .........After 2 year ago , I dint join any competition and the ironman in 2009 ......This is my first time I witnessed the Ironman Langkawi Malaysia was in 2009, when I accompanied a friend who participated in the race.
Well, it’s now the 10th anniversary of this event, which has been held yearly in Langkawi, Malaysia, for a decade. Also known as ‘the toughest show on earth’ with 17 hours of non-stop action, the Ironman triathlon this time round had over 600 participants from 41 countries participating in the 3.8km swim, 180km bike ride, and 42km run, from 7.30 am in the morning til 12.45 am at night, with the winner completing the race in just slightly over 8 hours! And the best part of all, most of the participants were ‘return customers’ who support this event year after year.
